Prayer Letter
October 28th, 2008 - We praise the Lord for our productive schedule. We have been very busy and the last five churches that we have been in, have committed to taking us on for support. These churches will put our support level over 50%.
Thank you for all of your prayers. We see answered prayers every day, even in small details. Trust me, there are many details involved in travel. The Lord has kept our car running without incident. We have never had a flat tire or run out of gas. We have not been involved in a single accident. Considering the many thousands of miles we have been traveling, these are each miracles on their own. I believe that these blessings are a result of your prayers on our behalf.
We now have our new video available on the website. People across the country are saying that this video provides amazing insight concerning the spiritual darkness of the Nepali people. I spoke to a young man this past week who told me that this video was his testimony from growing up in Japan without anyone to give him the gospel. I hope you will take the time to watch this short video. If you are a pastor and would like a high-resolution DVD to show your church, please e-mail me.
We thank you all for your continued support, especially through these times of financial difficulty. Your sacrifices are greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,

Deputation Update
September 22nd, 2008 - In the last month, our deputation travels have taken us all across the country. We have been in missions conferences from California to New York and Minnesota to Texas. Our support level is climbing. Our biggest prayer requests are for safety in traveling and that the Lord would burden the hearts of people in churches across America so that they will partner with us to reach Nepal for Christ.
I was able to lead a Hindu young man to Christ this last week. When he first stated that he was Hindu, it was obvious that he expected the conversation to be over, but he soon found out that the gospel is for Hindus too. Praise the Lord that the gospel is not restricted to any nationality, race, or religion. Please also continue to pray for the people of Nepal that their hearts would be softened and prepared for the gospel.
We thank you for all your prayers and support.
Sincerely,

Prayer Letter
July, 2008 - Thank you all for your prayers and financial support. Your sacrificial giving is not taken for granted. The Lord has truly blessed us and we are excited to say that our support level has more than doubled in this last quarter to just over 33%. We praise the Lord for this miracle. It helps strengthen our faith that we can finish raising our support and get to Nepal by next spring. We praise the Lord for each of our new supporting churches. We were able to travel to Nepal in May. During this short trip we were able to rekindle our burden for the people of Nepal. While in Nepal, I was able to pass out tracts and speak in a Nepali church. The openness of the Nepali people is so encouraging. As I passed out gospel tracts on the streets, people were coming up to me and asking for tracts. Not one person refused a tract or threw it on the ground. These people are hungry for the gospel. When you see these reactions, it rejuvenates your personal soulwinning even here in the United States. Seeing the attitudes of the Nepali people causes you to realize that no matter how many people refuse to hear you out or reject the gospel, there are still those who are searching for the truth. While in Nepal, we were also able to collect video footage to use in our new presentation. We hope that our updated video presentation will help us to affect the hearts of Christians across the United States. We are rapidly approaching our busy fall schedule. Please be in prayer for our safety on the road and that all the miles will be converted to support that will help us on our way to Nepal. As always, please continue to pray that the Lord would prepare the hearts of the Nepali people for the gospel. We enjoy any letters and notes from you all. Once again, thank you for all your prayers and financial support. Sincerely,

Nepal Trip
Wednesday, May 28, 2008 - Thank you for all your prayers. Our flights went well and we had an excellent trip.
The Lord allowed us to see and do a lot while we were in the country. The Ortiz family was a real blessing to
us, showing us around and taking care of us.

When we passed out tracts, the people took them readily and it was exciting to see their interest. The church
baptized two Nepalis while we were there. We were able to get quite a bit of good video and will be using
that to revamp our video presentation. We will make it available on our website as soon as possible. Here
is a short video of passing out tracts on the streets.
We also just returned from a great missions conference in eastern OH. Please continue to pray for us as
we travel and gain support.

Deputation Update
March 21, 2008 - The Lord has been doing great things in our lives. We are currently at a major transition point in deputation. We are learning to rely on God even more as I am leaving behind my secular job. Please pray that our schedule would continue to fill up quickly. Our goal is to get to Nepal in February of 2009. I understand that this is an ambitious goal considering that we are currently 22% supported, but we have a great God. We are enacting some exciting new plans to move things along more quickly. Through your prayers and support, we hope to be in Nepal soon, reaching lost souls for Christ. Just as we would ask that you all follow our ministry and pray for our needs, we want to keep up with what the Lord is doing in your ministry as well as specific prayer needs. The best way to get bulletins, prayer requests, etc. to us is through e-mail. We will be sending out quarterly prayer letters while on deputation, but for more frequent updates, please subscribe to the e-mail newsletter. Once again, thank you for all your prayers and financial support. Sincerely,
